1. General Bookings
All court bookings must be made through the official booking platform.
All participating players must be named on the booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
All players are expected to comply with the venue's rules and regulations.
2. Court Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and aim to provide a fair and straightforward cancellation policy.
- 24 hours or more before the booking: Full booking credit will be issued.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking: No booking credit will normally be issued.
- Court successfully rebooked: Where a court cancelled within 24 hours is successfully rebooked and paid for by another customer, a booking credit equivalent to 50% of the original booking fee will be issued.
The 24-hour cancellation period is calculated from the scheduled start time of the booking.
All customer cancellations must be submitted through the official booking app. The cancellation will be recorded at the time it is successfully submitted through the app.
Customers are encouraged to cancel as early as possible to allow other players the opportunity to book the court.
All cancellation arrangements remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
3. Booking Amendments & Player Changes
Bookings may be amended or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 24 hours will normally be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Where an individual player can no longer attend, their place may be taken by another player, provided the booking is updated to reflect the correct participants.
The withdrawal or replacement of an individual player does not constitute cancellation of the court booking and does not automatically entitle any participant to a booking credit.
4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Players arriving late will not be entitled to additional playing time, and bookings will finish at their scheduled time.
Failure to attend a booking without cancelling will normally result in the full booking fee being retained, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Corporate Events & Private Hire
Corporate events, team-building activities, private hire and organised group bookings may be subject to separate booking conditions.
Deposits and payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The following cancellation terms will normally apply:
- 14 days or more before the event: Full refund.
- 7 to 13 days before the event: Cancellation charge of up to 50%.
- Less than 7 days before the event: Cancellation charge of up to 100%.
Cancellation charges apply to the entire agreed event package, including court hire, prearranged catering, coaching and any other services or facilities included in the booking.
Cancellation charges will be applied in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
The standard court rebooking credit arrangement does not apply to corporate events or private hire.
6. Coaching, Social Sessions & Events
Coaching sessions, social play, leagues, tournaments and other organised activities may have separate cancellation conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Where no separate conditions apply, the standard 24-hour cancellation policy will be followed, with booking credits issued where eligible.
7. Venue Cancellations
The venue reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to safety concerns, maintenance, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Where the venue cancels a booking, the full booking value will normally be credited to the customer's booking account for future use.
Where a customer would prefer a monetary refund instead, this can be requested directly from the venue and will be returned to the original payment method.
8. Booking Privileges & Repeated Cancellations
The venue reserves the right to restrict or suspend advance booking privileges where customers demonstrate a repeated pattern of cancellations, late cancellations or no-shows.
This may include reducing the advance booking window or temporarily removing the ability to make future reservations.
Any restrictions will be applied fairly and proportionately, taking account of individual circumstances.
Misuse of booking privileges may also result in further restrictions or suspension of booking access.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that unexpected situations can arise.
Requests for booking credits outside the standard cancellation policy may be considered individually, taking account of the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
10. Booking Credits & Refunds
Booking credits will be issued to the relevant booking account and can be used towards future bookings.
Where a booking credit depends on a cancelled court being successfully rebooked, it will be issued once the replacement booking and payment have been confirmed.
Where the venue cancels a booking, credit will normally be applied automatically. Customers who would prefer a monetary refund may request this directly from the venue.
Monetary refunds will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the arrangements of the payment provider.
11. General Terms
The venue reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any changes will apply to future bookings.
Nothing in this policy affects customers' statutory rights.
