HEAD COACH
We're on the lookout for an experienced, ambitious and passionate Head Coach to lead the coaching programme at our brand new padel and pickleball centre in Perth, Scotland.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something exciting from the very beginning. With five indoor padel courts, three pickleball courts and ambitious plans for growth, we're looking for someone who shares our vision and wants to play a key role in bringing it to life.
We're not looking for someone to simply turn up and deliver coaching sessions. We want someone who can take ownership, bring fresh ideas to the table and help us create a coaching programme that players genuinely want to be part of.
The Role
• Lead and develop Evorra's padel coaching programme.
• Deliver engaging individual and group coaching sessions for all ages and abilities.
• Develop junior coaching, player pathways and performance programmes.
• Introduce new players to the sport and help existing players progress.
• Organise coaching clinics, camps and development sessions.
• Build relationships with schools, clubs and local organisations.
• Support the development of leagues, tournaments and social events.
• Help build and mentor a coaching team as Evorra grows.
• Work closely with our Centre Manager to drive participation and create an exceptional player experience.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Building a loyal and engaged customer base will be a key part of this role.
We're looking for someone who understands that attracting new players is only half the job. Keeping them coming back is just as important.
You'll be responsible for:
• Building strong relationships with customers and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Encouraging repeat bookings, regular coaching and ongoing participation.
• Developing programmes and initiatives that keep players engaged and motivated.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supporting membership growth and encouraging players to feel part of Evorra.
• Working closely with the Centre Manager to monitor participation, gather feedback and continually improve the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for someone with a recognised padel coaching qualification, proven coaching experience and the confidence to lead and develop a programme of their own.
You'll be enthusiastic, approachable and a natural people person, with the ability to inspire everyone from complete beginners to experienced players.
You'll also have a commercial mindset, understanding the importance of growing participation, retaining customers and building a successful coaching programme.
Most importantly, you'll have the drive, initiative and ambition to make the role your own.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
At Evorra, we're building more than just a place to play. We want to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities feel comfortable, valued and inspired to get involved in racket sports.
As our Head Coach, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver coaching, introduce new initiatives and help shape the future of the business.
And with plans to expand beyond Perth, there's real potential to grow alongside us.
Interested?
We'd love to hear from you!
Send your CV along with a wee introduction about yourself, your coaching background and what you could bring to Evorra.
Package: Competitive, dependent on experience and to be discussed.

CAFÉ MANAGER
We're on the lookout for a creative, enthusiastic and commercially minded Café Manager to join Evorra as we prepare to open our brand new padel and pickleball centre at Perth Harbour!
Our café will operate predominantly on a self-service basis, but we don't want that to limit what we can offer. Quite the opposite!
We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, push the boundaries of the traditional self-service concept and help us create something fresh, exciting and a little different.
Think freshly prepared sandwiches with a twist, colourful salads, homemade soups, nutritious grab-and-go options, creative traybakes and cakes. Food that's quick, convenient, balanced and full of flavour, with a little indulgence thrown in for good measure!
We're looking for someone with the creativity and confidence to transform simple, everyday ingredients into something special, bringing fresh ideas, exciting flavours and thoughtful presentation to our offering.
The Role
• Take ownership of the day-to-day running and development of Evorra's café.
• Design and deliver a creative, varied and appealing food offering.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality food with an emphasis on flavour, nutrition and presentation.
• Explore innovative ways to maximise the potential of a predominantly self-service café.
• Develop seasonal menus, daily specials and new product ideas.
• Source quality ingredients, supporting local suppliers wherever practical.
• Manage stock, ordering, food costs, pricing and waste.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and presentation standards.
• Work closely with our Centre Manager to maximise sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Creativity, Innovation & Events
This is where we really want someone to make their mark!
You'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, experiment with flavours and introduce exciting new products that keep our offering fresh and appealing.
Evorra will also host themed evenings, social events and special occasions, giving you the opportunity to get creative with menus, seasonal offerings and something a little unexpected.
We're looking for someone who can approach these occasions with imagination and enthusiasm, while keeping things practical, efficient and commercially viable.
We want someone who sees the possibilities, not just the limitations of a self-service café.
Customer Experience & Retention
Great food is only part of the picture. We want customers to enjoy what we offer and keep coming back for more.
You'll play an important role in:
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their preferences.
• Encouraging repeat purchases through quality, consistency and variety.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer spending.
• Listening to feedback and continually improving the offering.
• Balancing creativity with profitability and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive environment that complements the wider Evorra experience.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in café management, food preparation, catering or a similar hospitality environment.
You'll be confident preparing fresh food from scratch, with a genuine interest in nutritious, balanced eating and the creativity to make everyday food a little more exciting.
You'll also bring:
• Creative flair and a passion for food.
• Strong organisational and food preparation skills.
• A sound understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.
• A friendly, approachable personality and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with imagination, initiative and the confidence to bring their own ideas to life.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
At Evorra, we're not looking to follow the traditional sports centre café model.
We want to create a fresh, modern food offering that complements an active lifestyle while still providing the treats and comforts people love.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the café from the ground up, influence its direction and put your own stamp on something new.
With ambitious plans to expand Evorra beyond Perth, there's also real potential to grow alongside us.
