MEET THE DUO BEHIND EVORRA PADEL
Lesley-Anne
LA has built a successful career in recruitment, specialising in the construction sector. Tenacious, driven and straight talking, she’s known for getting things done with plenty of chat and banter along the way.
A keen advocate for health, fitness, and the great outdoors, she’s happiest when she’s out exploring. A great love of hiking and chasing new views.
Her love of padel began a few years ago when she was first introduced to the sport. It quickly became a true passion. Today, LA is pioneering a new chapter in Scottish sport, becoming the first woman in Scotland to establish a combined padel and pickleball centre, while spearheading the development of multiple venues across the country.
Through Evorra Padel, she's passionate about making both sports more accessible, championing women in sport and creating greater visibility for female leadership at the highest levels of the industry.
James
With civil engineering running through his veins for over 30 years, James was introduced to the industry at a young age, working alongside his father and learning the ropes firsthand. From those early beginnings, he had huge ambitions and went on to establish his own company, building a proven track record of successfully developing and running multiple businesses.
Driven by grit, determination and ambition, James has built his success through hard work, a hands-on approach and a willingness to take on new challenges. Despite his achievements, he's always remained down to earth, approachable and never short of a laugh.
A dedicated family man, James enjoys following Formula One and sharing his family's passion for horses, often travelling around the country to attend shows.
His enthusiasm for padel first emerged during the construction of the courts, and somewhere between the blueprints and the baseline, he realised he'd found something special.
