Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Our Venue, Our Shared Responsibility

Evorra Padel Limited is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Whether visiting to play padel or pickleball, attend coaching, participate in an event, enjoy the café or support friends and family, everyone is expected to treat other people and our facilities with respect.

We believe maintaining a positive environment is a collective responsibility. Every customer and visitor has a part to play in keeping the venue clean, pleasant and enjoyable.

These rules apply to all players, customers, spectators, visitors, coaches, event attendees and other individuals using the venue.

2. Respectful Behaviour & Sportsmanship

Evorra Padel Limited operates a zero-tolerance approach to threatening, aggressive, intimidating, discriminatory or abusive behaviour.

The following conduct is unacceptable:

- Shouting at, swearing at or verbally abusing staff, customers or visitors.

- Threatening, intimidating or aggressive behaviour.

- Physical violence or attempted violence.

- Bullying, harassment or discriminatory remarks.

- Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.

- Excessive shouting, offensive language or behaviour that unnecessarily disrupts others.

- Deliberately interfering with another person's game or enjoyment.

- Deliberate damage to property or equipment.

Friendly competition, celebrations and enthusiasm are encouraged, but must never cross into hostility, intimidation or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Customers must respect other players regardless of their ability, experience or background, and resolve disagreements calmly.

3. Respect for Staff

Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

All employees, including reception, café, coaching, cleaning, maintenance and management personnel, must be treated with courtesy and respect.

Customers must follow reasonable instructions issued by authorised staff, particularly regarding safety, hygiene, safeguarding and venue operations.

Concerns and disagreements must be raised respectfully.

Threatening, intimidating or abusive behaviour towards staff may result in immediate removal from the venue and restrictions on future access.

Serious incidents may be reported to Police Scotland.

4. Bookings, Court Access & Playing Times

All court bookings must be made through the official Evorra Padel Limited booking system, the Evorra app. No alternative booking methods are accepted.

Players must have a valid, confirmed booking before accessing a court.

Customers must use only the court allocated to their booking and respect the scheduled start and finish times.

Players must vacate courts promptly at the end of their session to allow the next booking to begin on time.

Late arrival does not entitle players to additional playing time.

Unauthorised court use is prohibited.

Customers must not enter another court or interfere with play without permission.

All bookings are subject to Evorra Padel Limited's Booking & Cancellation Policy.

5. Unmanned Operations & Access

Evorra Padel Limited may operate without staff physically present on the premises during certain opening hours.

During these periods, customers and visitors must take particular care to follow all venue rules, safety notices and access instructions.

Access to the premises and courts is permitted only to individuals with a valid booking or other authorised access.

Customers must not share access codes, permit unauthorised entry or allow individuals to enter the premises without appropriate authorisation.

During unmanned operating hours, customers are expected to:

- Use the facilities responsibly and only for their intended purposes.

- Follow all displayed safety and emergency instructions.

- Keep entrances, exits, walkways and emergency escape routes clear.

- Report damage, hazards, suspicious activity or security concerns using the designated contact arrangements.

- Avoid entering restricted, locked or staff-only areas.

- Ensure doors and access points are properly secured when entering or leaving, where required by the access system.

- Respect other users and avoid behaviour that could compromise their safety or security.

Customers must understand that immediate assistance from an on-site member of staff may not be available during unmanned periods.

In the event of a serious injury, fire or other emergency, customers must contact emergency services by calling 999 and follow the displayed emergency procedures.

Evorra Padel Limited will provide information on how to report non-emergency incidents and contact the designated support service during unmanned hours.

Any misuse of access arrangements, deliberate interference with security systems or unauthorised entry may result in suspension of access privileges, exclusion from the venue or further action where appropriate.

Evorra Padel Limited remains responsible for meeting its applicable legal duties relating to the safe operation and management of its premises.
